Der Ommertalhof liegt auf 210m \u00fcM. , umgeben von H\u00fcgeln und T\u00e4lern des Bergischen Landes .
\nDie sanften , bewaldeten H\u00fcgel der n\u00e4heren Umgebung erreichen eine H\u00f6he von 400m \u00fcM.
\nNur 30km von der K\u00f6lner Innenstadt kann man hier Winter Wonderland pur erleben .
\nSchnee von 10-25cm waren fr\u00fcher keine Seltenheit . In aussergew\u00f6hnlichen Wintern konnten auch schon mal Scheeh\u00f6hen von \u00fcber 40 cm erreicht werden .<\/p>\n

Durch den Klimawandel sind Schneeereignisse selten geworden, zuletzt im Januar 24 f\u00fcr 5 Tage mit einer fantastischen Winterlandschaft und ca. 20cm Schnee.
\nEs gibt es in vielen Weilern und D\u00f6rfern in der n\u00e4heren Umgebung nette Einkehrm\u00f6glichkeiten , um Kaffee und Kuchen , oder eine Bergische Waffel zu geniessen .<\/p>\n

Der Ommertalhof und seine Umgebung sind eine Wanderreise wert .<\/p>\n
